1) Who we are

Durban Mobile Beauty provides mobile beauty services in and around Durban, South Africa (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: bookings@durbanmobilebeauty.co.za.

2) Using our site

• You must be 18+ or have permission from a parent/guardian to book.
• Provide accurate information when booking (name, address, contact details, etc.).
• We may update the site or these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies.

3) Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed by secure online payment.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are handled by Paystack over encrypted connections; we do not store card numbers.
• You will receive an on-screen confirmation with a Payment Reference after successful payment.

4) Travel & service areas

• We serve Durban and selected surrounding suburbs. A travel fee may apply and is shown during booking.
• Please ensure safe, suitable conditions at your location for our therapist to work.

5) Health & suitability

• Inform us of allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions in the booking notes.
• We may decline or modify a treatment if it appears unsafe or unsuitable.

6) Changes, cancellations & refunds

7) Your information

We process your data to deliver the service and for security. See our Privacy Policy.

8) Liability

• We provide services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under South African law.

9) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
